Specifications: Sleeps (6) adults comfortably, 46ft long, 8ft Wide (not including slides) and requires 50amp electric.

This Seismic is a very large trailer. Your site needs to be able to accommodate the length, width as well as height of the trailer. If you'd like to use the patios, you need to verify the spot is wide and long enough for the patios to be safely used.
No pets and no smoking allowed. Must be 25 to rent.
We also don't allow the cooking of messy or strong odor food inside the trailer. This includes but isn't limited to beef, bacon, and raw seafood/shell fish. Please use the outdoor griddle provided or feel free to bring your own portable grill.

Please note, we are not responsible for campground reservations – including cancelations for COVID. All campground reservations must be made separately from your reservation with us, with the campground’s reservation agency. All campground and campsite fees are separate from and in addition to the rental price and fees under this agreement. No refunds will be given for campsite reservation errors. We are happy to provide any and all details needed about the trailer, but it's the renters responsibility to make sure the site booked will properly accommodate the trailer.
