Specifications: Sleeps (2-3) adults comfortably, 42ft long, 8ft Wide (not including slides) and requires 50amp electric.
This trailer comes highly equipped. The following is an extensive list of what comes standard with this unit:

- King Size bed in the master bedroom and pull out queen in the living room (No bunks)
- Ceiling Fan in the Master Bedroom
- Upgraded foam topper on King Bed.
- (2) Flat screen TV's (one in bedroom and one in living room)
- Each TV has a FireTV Stick for streaming your favorite shows (wifi not included)
- Residential Stainless-steel refrigerator
- Full size residential Samsung microwave
- (2) Heated & Massaging recliners
- Fireplace (Changes color)
- Large Shower w/upgraded shower head
- Self Leveling System
- Bluetooth Sound System w/Interior and Exterior Speakers

This trailer still smells new and is absolutely beautiful.
No pets and no smoking allowed. Must be 25 to rent.
We also don't allow the cooking of messy or strong odor food inside the trailer. This includes but isn't limited to beef, bacon, and raw seafood/shell fish. Please use the outdoor griddle provided or feel free to bring your own portable grill.
Please note, we are not responsible for campground reservations – including cancelations for COVID. All campground reservations must be made separately from your reservation with us, with the campground’s reservation agency. All campground and campsite fees are separate from and in addition to the rental price and fees under this agreement. No refunds will be given for campsite reservation errors. We are happy to provide any and all details needed about the trailer, but it's the renters responsibility to make sure the site booked will properly accommodate the trailer.
