Unlike a traditional bunkhouse, this 43-foot luxury fifth wheel features two true private bedrooms and two full bathrooms—a spacious king-size master suite up front and a private queen bedroom in the rear with its own full bathroom. The expansive residential-style living area features a large kitchen island, solid-surface countertops, a 16 cu. ft. stainless refrigerator, residential-size microwave and oven, comfortable seating, a 50" 4K Smart TV, JBL sound system and electric fireplace. Three slide-outs create an incredibly spacious interior, while dual ducted A/C systems, on-demand hot water, blackout shades and premium finishes throughout make extended stays comfortable in any season. Outside, a massive 24-foot power awning creates the perfect shaded entertaining space. Specifications: Sleeps (4-6) adults comfortably, 43ft long, 8ft Wide (not including slides) and requires 50amp electric.

This Chaparral 381 is a very large trailer. Your site needs to be able to accommodate the length (43-45ft), width as well as height of the trailer.
No pets and no smoking allowed. Must be 25 to rent.
We also don't allow the cooking of messy or strong odor food inside the trailer. This includes but isn't limited to beef, bacon, and raw seafood/shell fish. Please use the outdoor griddle provided or feel free to bring your own portable grill.
